After you select your tutor, they will host a complimentary 30-minute introductory call to get to know your child's goals and conduct a thoughtful assessment tailored to your child's unique way of learning.
Fortnightly Progress Tracking
Communication is key. Every 4 sessions (or fortnightly), your tutor will host a catch-up meeting with you to provide a detailed progress report, showing exactly where your child is thriving and where extra support can help.
Curriculum-Aligned Learning
Our expert tutoring covers Maths, Science, and English for students from Kindergarten to Year 10, all specifically designed to align with Australian standards.

What happens if a card declines? (Kajabi auto-retries the following day and the YVP Tutor coordinator will inform the parents by sending an email and notify them about the re-process next day so make sure to transfer funds in the bank account).

Rates depend on the number of hours a parent chooses per week.
1 Hour/Week Package: If a student takes 1 hour per week for a subject (up to 3 available subjects), the cost is $44 AUD per subject. If a parent chooses a 2-hour block per week for a single subject (e.g., 2 hours of Maths), the rate drops to a total of $66 AUD per week for that subject, saving them money.

Lesson times are fully tailored and depend entirely on the student’s availability and schedule.

Parents can cancel or reschedule a session free of charge, provided they give at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session time.
Exceptions: Short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) are only accepted in cases of genuine, sudden emergencies.
