Direct Placement Recruitment gives your business access to YVP as your chosen recruitment partner. YVP manages the recruitment process on your behalf, understanding your requirements, sourcing and screening suitable candidates, and presenting a shortlist for you to interview and select from. Once your preferred candidate starts, the handover commences and your business takes over onboarding, training, payroll, performance management and leave management as the candidate becomes part of your team.
Who leads what

YVP leads the search. Sourcing, screening, reference checks and candidate presentation are handled end to end, so you're only meeting candidates who've already been evaluated against your brief.

You lead the final decision. You conduct the final interviews, choose your preferred candidate, and extend and finalise the employment or engagement offer directly.

Your business leads what happens after. Once the placement is confirmed, your business assumes the ongoing responsibilities, and any agreed replacement or guarantee period begins.
